I want to make sure you know about a unique once in a lifetime opportunity for inner healing. I am currently attending a powerful and intensive Prophetic Heart Healing training program and in order to complete my mentorship hours, I am booking the next 24 sessions for free. These sessions are valued at $125!
It’s getting access to the full benefits of what Jesus paid for on the cross.Healing and becoming whole is a process“We don’t train for battle in times of war, but we train in times of peace.”Don’t wait till things get really bad to learn how to connect with the Lord and receiveHis healing. This is not an issue of whether we’re saved or not. Salvation is a free gift.
Working OUT our salvation is very different from working FOR our salvation. Inner healing is a tool that can we can use to partner with the Holy Spirit to renew ourminds; to step into breakthrough and freedom.
Why?
So that we can love the Lord with our whole heart, whole mind, and whole strength and soul. The Lord is after the whole heart in connection and in relationship with Him. So often we are living with broken heartedness to one degree or another. If those wounds arenot healed, they can manifest in many ways: including sadness, anger, depression, fear, anxiety, un-forgiveness, disunity, self-rejection, and self-hatred.What we believe in our mind may not be what we experience as truth in the heart, based onlife experiences (Romans 7:15 and 19).
Prophetic heart healing is about creating space for the Lord to meet with the parts of usthat desperately need that complete healing that only he can bring, so we can live from ourwhole hearts.
You can book your personal session at calendly.com/healthywholemom. But remember to book fast as I am only doing 24 sessions free and then sessions will be offered at full price.

And so this is probably one of the questions I get the most and when it comes to busy mom life it’s like, ‘how do you find the time Heidi?” How do you find the time? And it does take intentionality. And there are lots of different ways you can do this. But I’m going to give you three simple ways to create more time with God in your day.

Welcome to the Covered Beloved podcast where we choose to live faith-infused holistic lifestyles while nourishing and renewing our minds to experience the depths of God’s love for us. Hey there, I’m Heidi Bramm! World changer and mom on a mission to bring a whole new level of health and wellness to your home. As a decade-long essential oil advocate, self-proclaimed personal and Kingdom development junkie, and your holistic lifestyle strategist, I believe that when God created the earth, He didn’t leave us without solutions. That He created us to be healthy and whole, and that He’s covered each and every one of us as mothers with his protection, grace and wisdom on how to live our most healthy, happy and joyful lives. Are you ready? It’s time to become the healthy home mom God created you to be because he’s got you covered Beloved. Let’s dig in!
All right, let’s get started! So do you have a spiritual hygiene routine? I mean, we think about this, right? We have our personal hygiene routines where we get up in the morning. We use the bathroom, we brush our teeth, we likely take a shower, do all the things, we feed our bodies. And we have a bedtime routine, right? Probably that involves some hygienic things as well. Brushing our teeth again, drinking water, all the things that we do to get ready for bedtime. For me, it’s applying essential oils and reading. And so when we think about spending time with God, like this is something that for me I usually am in a constant conversation with God throughout the day. I am always praying. I am. My husband kind of looks at me strange sometimes because I’ll you know, verbalize this as I’m speaking to the Lord. And he just kind of looks at me like, “are you talking to me?” But this is a constant conversation right?
God’s word says pray without ceasing. So we can do this all day long. I like to listen to podcasts. I like to listen to things while I’m driving or walking. So I kind of turn my vehicle and my feet into these mobile spiritual times that I just get to participate in what the Lord is doing, not only through myself, but through other people. Some of my favorite podcast people would be Praying Medic, he makes it really simple to understand seeing in the spirit and divine healing, prophecy, all the amazing gifts from the Holy Spirit. And so Praying Medic is one of my favorite podcasts to tune into. Graham Cooke of course is a favorite as well. He has this father’s heart and just somebody I really like to listen to when I need this Papa hug. This never ending love. I like to listen to Justin Paul Abrams. I like to listen to anything from Bethel, whether it’s Blake Healy and seeing in the spirit or Kris Vallotton or Bill Johnson.
So I listened to a lot of podcasts. I would say I’m very much an audio learner. I’m also a body kinesthetic learner. And so if I can listen to my audio while I’m moving some part of my body, whether it’s cleaning, and I’m moving my hands, or I’m folding laundry, I’m moving my hands or I’m walking, I can retain better. And I feel like it gets into my soul a little bit better as well. But let’s look at what we can be doing on an intentional basis to create more time for God in our day as a kingdom mom, because we know that it starts with us. There’s been so many times with my daughter, that – and I have four girls, but my seven year old, she’s the one that’s kind of most active in learning and growing in her spiritual health right now. And so we’ll just have conversations and everything that I’m taking in reading, listening to it comes out in my conversations with her.
And so it is a part of something that God is reinforcing through what I’m teaching her, but he’s also working on it with me first. And so it’s just this beautiful synchronicity and just kind of dance that I do with the Lord. But then I get to do it with my daughter as well. So what does this look like for me, I’m going to give you the acronym M.A.E. This is my youngest daughter’s name, M.A.E. And this stands for Morning, Afternoon and Evening.
So in order to be more intentional, after she was born, she is our fourth child, like I mentioned, I had to create somewhat of like bookends to my day just to get into that deeper space with the Lord. Because, yes, we can take in all this information and have all of this head knowledge, but we have to take the time to just take a step back and look at how can I apply this Lord help me to apply this in my life? And what areas of my life does this relate to? And how can I take action, right? How can I take that next step forward, to make this word, this knowledge become a part of me.
And so in the morning, in the afternoons and the evenings, I just spend 15 minutes – before I get out of bed, this is this would be the morning one, this would be am, I’m laying there in my bed, and I’m just doing maybe a body scan from the top of my head to the tip of my toes and just expressing gratitude for my physical body. Maybe I’m starting at the top of my head and saying, “Thank You, Lord, that my thoughts are your thoughts. Thank you, Lord, that my voice is a carrier of your glory.” And so I’ll just go down from the top of my head, to my toes, even the parts that I am not totally in love with like my belly, right? “Thank You, Lord, that this belly has birthed four of your beautiful babies. And thank you that these hips can carry those children and keep them close to my heart.”
And so I’ll just go through and do a body scan. That’s number one for me. I will also, if I’ve had a dream of any kind, ask Holy Spirit just to kind of refresh me of my dreams. I may be praying in and out of the Spirit as I’m laying there, through that subconscious state into the conscious state. And I’ll slip kind of back and forth. And just be praying for people that have been on my heart that I’ve been on my mind that I’ve been on my list for prayer for healing, typically. But just lifting those people up to the Lord in those first 10 to 15 minutes, when you have that time just laying in bed, and you’re still kind of floating between the subconscious and conscious states.
And so that is my morning connection time every single morning before getting out of bed. Then in the afternoon. And this is honestly the one that I’ll miss the most if I am not being intentional, but it’s sitting down with my prayer journal. And whether it be a study guide that I’m going through, or a training that I’m taking that is more my active work time as far as my spiritual hygiene routine goes. And so this is something that I am working on intentionally. It’s something that I am asking God to take me deeper in so I can get a deeper understanding.
That is my more awake time of day, typically again in the afternoon, or late morning time. And so this is something that I’m writing, you know, I’m up in a chair, I’m sitting up, I’m writing as I’m listening, I’m asking the Lord questions, and He’s answering them to me, and I’m journaling. So this is a very active part of that spiritual hygiene routine. This also could be my time where I’m listening to a podcast, right? But it’s like podcasts, Bible study, prayer, worship, getting into worship music, and just being with the Lord, letting his glory and his grace just over shower me. And this is just a precious time that I hold in the afternoons in my more awake time.
Then I have the evening. So this would be the, this is 30 minutes at bedtime. And typically this is a Bible reading, or whatever book I’m studying and prayer time as I’m falling asleep. So obviously, the Bible and the book time comes first and then right as I get like those two minutes before I’m drifting off, I am praying in the Spirit I am you know, just asking the Lord to show me things. Giving me eyes to see, ears to hear, and a heart to obey for maybe it’s something like “Who am I here to serve? And how am I here to serve them? Or what are you doing in this person’s life? God, what do you want this person to know? How can I help them? How can I serve them?”
And so this is a very simple, simple thing that you can remember M.A.E – MAE for morning, afternoon and evening. And I just think that these times that we get to connect with God build our relationship on a deeper level. Ask for revelation and insight and just go beyond anything that we feel like we could ever ask or imagine from him and just again, building that connection, that purpose in that place with Him, that deep place. There’s been times where I have experienced tremendous breakthrough during these short sessions. And I’m going to link up my favorite resources.
And so one of these times it was in March, I just kind of went back to that creative light, altar as Ian calls it or that garden set up in my heart to spend time with Jesus. And I’ll paint a picture for you here. We just kind of danced around and He was telling me about this freedom that He had for me, and I didn’t believe Him, I got really sad. And I fell down to the ground in this image, this scene, if you will, as I was meeting with Him, and I just got very sad, and I covered my face and I cried, because I didn’t believe that He could heal me from what was holding me back.
I didn’t want to ask Him to heal me because I didn’t believe that He could. And so that was so much that I learned about myself in that moment. And I asked Him to help me with my unbelief. In this scene, He helped me and we went up, we floated up in the air and He began pulling off and if you can see me right now I’m doing air quotes pulling off my old skin, right, that old nature, it was really stuck on me. I saw him struggling, but with all of His might He finally pulled it off.
And I saw my old dead skin layer fall away. And He held my hand and He pulled me up, my new body. My new being up as my old fell away. And so I just got the sense of a metamorphosis that He was taking me through. My metamorphosis was complete. I heard Him say this, although in my natural life, it doesn’t feel that way. What He had for me in that moment was my metamorphosis was complete through Him. And I watched my old skin fall off to the ground, it was dry, and it was dirty. And my new being was illuminated, it was bright and airy, and just floating with Him and still holding hands, we danced around in the air and we ran free together.
And I just asked Him to seal this healing, this deliverance in every timeline past, present and future, and that He complete the work that He’s already begun in me. And just so I can have that true freedom. So thank you, Father, that all through life we are learning to depend on your character and your word and not on our own inconsistent ways, and weak abilities. We are desperate creatures of habit and so we just ask you to shake us free, Lord. Shake us free and Holy Spirit, we ask that you fill us afresh from the top of our head to the tip of our toes with your dunamis power. We ask that you will graciously and patiently guide us in the path of sanctification that we be warmed by the reminder that you are for us and not against us. And we pray all this in Jesus mighty name, amen.
